 That's why I developed the "Make Your Life Easier Even If..." coaching session. You'll learn why you don't feel supported and also why things don't get done, all in under an hour. But we don't stop there - you will also come away with a deeper understanding of how to make things easier.

In this step, we help you find ways that work for you to help you stay calm, think clearly, and manage your perspective. Even if you have tried "all the things" - journaling, gratitude, mindfulness, etc., we get to know you and figure out what works for you. Imagine your spouse complains that you never cook and you are able to respond calmly, get your brain to unfreeze, and remember that you made salmon last week. You remind him of this and he agrees and says it was delicious and everyone liked it.
